What You'll Do

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in menu planning and development, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
Overseeing food preparation and ensuring dishes meet our quality expectations.
Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Stepping in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for a Sous Chef who embodies professionalism, creativity, and leadership. To excel in this role, you should have:

At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a track record of success.
A strong understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
