Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding trade position that requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Team members operate professional truckmount equipment and provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, rug, tile, and hardwood cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout Jefferson & Shelby Counties.
This position offers strong weekly earning potential through base pay, customer tips, review bonuses, and upsell commissions. Top performers regularly earn $900–$1,200+ per week.
On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.

Responsilities:
- Perform carpet, upholstery, area rug, tile & hardwood floor cleaning services for residential & commercial clients
- Communicate with customers about arrival times, confirm job addresses, accurately navigate to job locations, and drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to effectively clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, tile & hardwoods
- Inspect carpets, upholstery, area rugs, tile and hardwoods for stains, damages, or other issues and determine the appropriate cleaning method
- Move furniture and other items as necessary to access and clean carpets, area rugs, floors & upholstery
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vans, equipment and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions
Skills:
- Previous experience using a Hot Water Extraction, Truckmount System.
- Knowledge of different carpet & upholstery types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Familiarity with carpet & upholstery cleaning equipment and tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs
Qualifications
- Core skills in cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and buffing
- Experience in janitorial and custodial services
- Knowledge of environmental services and commercial cleaning practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
