SMT Operator
The SMT Operator sets up, operates, and adjusts SMT equipment to assemble high-reliability PCBAs while adhering to quality standards, supporting fast-paced quick-turn production, and contributing to team collaboration and continuous improvement initatives.
Solderer
The solderer performs precision hand soldering and assembly of PCBAs in compliance with industry standards and company procedures while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Test Supervisor
The Test Supervisor oversees PCBA functional testing by managing test activities, troubleshooting failures, ensuring proper rework, and providing technical leadership and clear communication to maintain quality and performance.
Key Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident
- Clear English communication skills (reading, writing, and/or speaking)
- Knowledge of and compliance with IPC workmanship standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)
- Adherence to quality systems, work instructions, and company standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-reliability workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Support for quick-turn production and changing workflow priorities
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands and deadlines
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and consistently
- Collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and adapt
- Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
