Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm with schedule flexibility

What’s a typical day as a Quality Control Laboratory Associate? You’ll be:

Ordering laboratory supplies and maintaining inventory for the laboratory
Serving as a liaison between laboratory staff and external vendors
Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining laboratory trending data and reports
Performing routine laboratory maintenance, testing finished products, raw materials, and drug product components
Conducting Water for Injection (WFI) testing and calibrating laboratory instrumentation
Assisting with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Promoting a safe, harmonious, and compliant work environment
Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and company policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field from a regionally accredited institution (required)
Bring 1–3 years of experience in a quality laboratory environment within pharmaceutical or medical device settings (preferred)
Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Possess knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Exhibit excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
Can manage multiple projects, adapt to changing schedules, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a positive, professional attitude and collaborate well with coworkers
