Lead Bathroom Remodel Installer (1099) – Experienced Only – $2,000–$5,000+/Week
Bath Pros is a locally owned, family-run bathroom remodeling company based in Central New York. We specialize exclusively in bathroom remodeling and are currently booked months in advance with a steady backlog of work.
We are not a one-day bath company.
Our projects range from premium tub-to-shower conversions to complete bathroom remodels featuring solid-surface shower systems, tile showers, custom carpentry, flooring, plumbing, and finish work.
We are looking for experienced installers who can take ownership of a project and deliver a finished product they are proud to put their name on.
Position: Lead Bathroom Remodel Installer (1099)
This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for individuals who can independently manage a bathroom remodel from demolition through final completion with minimal oversight.
Required Experience
Applicants should have recent, hands-on bathroom remodeling experience and be comfortable performing most or all of the following:
- Demolition and jobsite preparation
- Framing and layout modifications
- Plumbing fixtures, valves, drains, and supply lines
- Shower and tub installations
- Tile shower installation and waterproofing
- Subfloor repair and leveling
- Tile, LVP, and LVT flooring installation
- Vanity and fixture installation
- Trim carpentry and finish work
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Basic electrical work such as exhaust fans, lighting, and receptacles
Experience with solid-surface shower systems, tile installation, custom showers, or higher-end remodeling projects is strongly preferred.

- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Walk-in shower installations
- Tile shower installations and tile surround projects
- Full bathroom remodels
- Tile, LVP, and other flooring installations
- Vanity, toilet, and fixture installation
- Structural and framing modifications as needed
- Material pickup and jobsite management
- Coordinating and managing your own workflow

Compensation
- $2,000–$5,000+ per week
- Paid per project
- Weekly direct deposit
- Top installers routinely earn six figures

Work Available Immediately
We have an established backlog of projects and are actively scheduling installations throughout Central New York.
You will not be expected to find your own customers or generate your own work. Your focus is installation. We handle sales, scheduling, permitting, material ordering, and customer acquisition.

Occasional regional travel may be required. Hotel accommodations are provided when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bathroom remodeling experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable truck or tow-capable vehicle
- Enclosed trailer required
- Professional-grade tools
- Ability to transport materials and remove debris from job sites
