Full Job Description

Medicare Sales Agent (Remote)Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Medicare Sales Agents to join our growing team. This is a full-time W-2 position offering a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission opportunities, and overtime pay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare sales, experience handling inbound leads, and a proven ability to close enrollments over the phone.

Compensation

$21.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Overtime paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate

Commission Structure

$50/placed application as long as above 72% placement rate

Schedule

Morning Huddle: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Mandatory)
Phone Lines On: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch) — Must start on phones at 9:00 AM.
40-hour work week required
Saturdays are available but not required

Responsibilities

Handle inbound Medicare sales calls from prospective members
Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plan options
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
Utilize Sunfire and CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions
Meet and exceed enrollment and performance goals
Maintain compliance with all CMS and carrier guidelines

Required Qualifications

Active Resident Health Insurance License
Minimum of 10 active Non-Resident State Licenses
Previous Medicare SEP (Special Enrollment Period) sales experience
Proven ability to close Medicare enrollments over the phone
Experience working with inbound sales opportunities
Proficiency with Sunfire and CRM platforms
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Multiple years of Medicare sales experience
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, PDP, and Supplement plans
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
