Corporate Compliance Program Director

Position Title: Corporate Compliance Program Director

Reports To: Chief Compliance Officer

Location: New York State – Corporate/Remote

Pay Grade: Exempt - Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000 Annual

Position Summary

The Corporate Compliance Program Director supports the Chief Compliance Officer by managing the day-to-day execution, coordination, and documentation of MAS’s corporate compliance program. This role focuses on compliance governance, regulatory readiness, compliance risk assessment, monitoring and testing oversight, issue management, policy coordination, training support, and reporting to support an effective, auditable compliance program.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Corporate Compliance Program Management

Coordinate execution of corporate compliance program components, including governance routines, compliance workplans, policy management, training support, issue tracking, and regulatory reporting inputs.
Support preparation of quarterly compliance reports covering workplan status, monitoring and testing results, issue status, training completion, hotline or whistleblower activity, and other compliance program metrics.
Prepare materials and follow-up items for compliance governance forums, including compliance committee meetings and leadership updates.

Compliance Risk Assessment and Workplan Administration

Coordinate corporate compliance risk assessment activities, documentation standards, control mapping, and status tracking across business functions.
Administer the annual compliance workplan and monitoring/testing schedule based on risk assessment results, regulatory priorities, audit findings, and leadership direction.
Monitor progress against planned compliance activities and recommend prioritization adjustments based on risk, timing, and available resources.

Monitoring, Testing, and Issue Management Oversight

Oversee corporate compliance monitoring and testing activities to ensure work is risk-based, appropriately scoped, and supported by clear evidence and conclusions.
Review testing workpapers and issue documentation for consistency, completeness, and audit readiness.
Track corrective action plans, responsible owners, target dates, and closure evidence for compliance issues.

Policy, Training, and Regulatory Readiness Support

Coordinate periodic review and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and related program documentation.
Support compliance training planning, completion tracking, and evidence maintenance.
Assist with preparation for regulatory reviews, audits, and external inquiries by organizing responsive documentation and program evidence.

Qualifications

Experience in compliance program operations, regulatory compliance, audit or monitoring/testing programs, risk assessment coordination, or related areas.
Strong documentation, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate across business functions, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Education and Experience

A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years in a compliance driven leadership position in a related field.

Travel Requirements
