About Capstone Hospitality:

Capstone Hospitality is the industry leader in membership sales development, partnering with more than 70 private and semi-private clubs nationwide. We specialize in driving membership growth for country clubs, golf clubs, yacht clubs, boat clubs, and other premier member-based organizations.

About the role:

Capstone Hospitality is seeking a motivated individual eager to develop a successful career in sales while driving membership growth at a prestigious private social club. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, enjoys relationship-based, in-person selling, and is passionate about building meaningful connections. This is a direct sales role responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and cultivating leads to closing memberships, while consistently meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an exceptional prospective member experience.

Training Program:
The position includes a two-week training period. Week 1: Remote training; Week 2: In-person training at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. Upon completion, you will work full-time on-site at the client club.

Primary Role and Responsibilities include:

Drive new membership sales at Capstone’s private client social club
Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales goals
Develop and execute a strategic membership sales plan tailored to the club
Utilize Capstone Hospitality’s proven lead generation programs
Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, and marketing efforts
Manage the full sales process: lead qualification, presentations, tours, follow-up, and closing
Foster referral business through relationships with current members and staff
Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activity and results
Serve as an integral part of the on-site club team, delivering exceptional service to members and prospects

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional sales and marketing experience required
Preferably 2 years working within the private club industry or hospitality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Willingness to complete required training in FLand work on-site in the greater Syracuse area
Comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation: Performance-based compensation. Average annual compensation INCLUSIVE of base + commissions is $80,000-$120,000+. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income with uncapped commissions.

Schedule: Full-time position. Tuesday - Saturday.
