Equitable is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Wealth Management Compensation team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting an evolving compensation landscape, helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across our compensation programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and making a meaningful impact on critical business operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with stakeholders to support GDC (gross dealer concession) compensation processes, conduct compensation testing and audits.
Assist with new product launches, contribute to SOX compliance testing, and drive continuous improvement through ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) reviews and process validation.
Support admin systems that process through the Monaco system and it’s a critical process.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma
2+ years of Business Analysis experience with GDC compensation system experience
3+ years baselining & weekly Baselining support
Experience working with SQL
Project Management skill set
Testing and research skills
Experience with new product implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
2+ years compensation experience
2+ years Data visual experience
Finance and Accounting experience
Skills
Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
Business Process Design: Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re-examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals.
Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of key uses and benefits of data analysis tools; ability to utilize data analysis tools to identify factors influencing business performance and to gain greater insight into trends within a business, industry and customer base.
Data Gathering and Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to gather and analyze data on the learning needs of a target population.
Design Thinking: Knowledge of concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
