What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate care throughout each patient's endoscopy experience.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing patients before, during, and after procedures
Preparing procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies
Assisting physicians during endoscopic procedures
Monitoring patients throughout sedation and recovery
Providing education to patients and their families
Completing accurate clinical documentation
Conducting post-procedure follow-up calls
Maintaining infection prevention and patient safety standards
Collaborating with physicians, anesthesia providers, and fellow nursing staff
Supervising LPNs and support staff as appropriate
Participating in quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Basic computer skills and electronic medical record experience
