MCE Construction LLC
MCE Construction LLC is looking to add a motivated Construction Apprentice to our crew. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn construction and build a long-term career.
Construction experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person. What we cannot train is work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, and the willingness to learn.

- Be comfortable working at heights, including on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs
- Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Be able to perform physically demanding construction work, including lifting and carrying materials
- Work well as part of a crew
- Take pride in doing things correctly—not just quickly
- Respect our clients, their property, coworkers, tools, and job sites
- Follow jobsite safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Learn
As an apprentice with MCE Construction, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of residential construction, including:
- Framing
- Roofing
- Siding
- Decks and exterior construction
- Remodeling and renovations
- Drywall and interior work
- Finish work
- Basic excavation and site work
- Proper use of hand and power tools
- Jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Reading measurements, layouts, and basic construction plans
We are a general contractor, so this is an opportunity to learn multiple trades and develop a well-rounded construction skill set.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable and capable of working at heights
- Ability to safely use ladders and work from elevated surfaces
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to learn and take instruction
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely and follow company and jobsite procedures
Previous construction experience is not required.
