Tiffany's School of Dance & Performing Arts Center is GROWING! We're seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as a Dance Instructor/Choreographer. We are looking for teachers in all styles and levels of dance for our Fall/Spring 26-27 season and beyond! As a Dance Instructor at TSDPAC you'll be a part of the positive uplifting environment that we cultivate in our community. You'll not only be teaching our dancers technique, choreography, and discipline based skills but you'll be a part of something bigger than yourself that creates beautiful memories for our students and families everyday.
*Please note that this position could potentially have you at both of our studio locations in Skaneateles and Syracuse. The addresses are 1351 E. Genesee St. Skaneateles and 1127 Grand Ave. Syracuse.
Objectives of the Position:
The objective of this position is to teach set programs, together with own dance activities and exercises/ choreography to a broad age range of students, while actively aligning with the Tiffany’s School of Dance & Performing Arts Center philosophy:

- Demonstrate dance techniques appropriate for the level you're teaching.
- Create age and level based appropriate choreography.
- Be prepared for class based on our curriculum.
- Facilitate group based learning.
- Foster and promote an inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and apply musical ideas and listening skills.
- Setting and achieving work goals.
- Planning and preparing classes.
- Planning for contingencies.
- Be knowledgable of the TSDPAC handbook and website.
