Human Resources Administrator

Company: The Dispensary by The Buddboyz

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

About Us

The Dispensary by The Buddboyz is a growing hemp dispensary committed to providing premium hemp products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated HR Administrator & Coordinator to oversee our day-to-day administrative and human resources functions while helping cultivate a positive, professional workplace.

Position Summary

The HR Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for managing payroll, employee scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, training, personnel records, and employee relations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Human Resources and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a productive, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Create, manage, and update employee work schedules.
Recruit, screen, interview, and assist with hiring qualified candidates.
Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and records.
Serve as the primary Human Resources contact for employee questions and concerns.
Address employee complaints, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Assist with performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
Support ownership with administrative tasks, reporting, and daily operational needs.
Maintain a positive, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, administration, office management, retail management, or a similar role.
Experience with payroll processing, employee scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding strongly preffered.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and payroll/scheduling software.
Experience in retail, hemp, or cannabis industries is preferred but not required.
