Private Equity Associate - Alternative Investments

Location: Remote (U.S.)

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology, venture investing, and capital markets-while helping investors discover and participate in compelling early-stage opportunities.

The Role

As PE Associate, you will play a critical role in engaging with a growing base of investors. You'll act as a strategic partner-developing relationships, understanding investment objectives, and connecting clients with curated private market opportunities.

This is a consultative sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys having sophisticated conversations about portfolio construction, risk, and emerging industries.

What You'll Do

Build and manage relationships with accredited investors and HNW clients across the U.S.
Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through private market investment opportunities
Understand investor goals, risk tolerances, and portfolio strategies to provide tailored recommendations
Drive engagement and investment activity across a pipeline of offerings
Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience from introduction to close
Support demand generation by proactively identifying and pursuing new investor opportunities
Contribute to overall deal flow and platform growth

What We're Looking For

Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 required
Experience in outbound or relationship-driven sales, ideally within financial services or alternatives
Strong interest in private markets, venture investing, and emerging sectors
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with sophisticated investors
Self-starter mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
Based in and authorized to work in the United States
