About the Role: Dental Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the welcoming face and steady guide for our patients. You’ll create a warm first impression, support patients through their treatment journey, and help ensure every visit runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Coordinate scheduling for general and specialty dental services
Verify insurance and review financial arrangements
Present treatment plans and answer patient questions
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams
Maintain accurate patient records using cloud-based systems
Support a seamless, patient-centered experience from start to finish
