Xyalent is hiring Event Models and Event Dancers to join a recurring entertainment and hospitality team for live events, private parties, social experiences, fashion events, food events, promotional activations, and other productions.
These are paid, event-based positions designed for outgoing, dependable, confident individuals who enjoy working around people and contributing to a high-energy event atmosphere.
Selected Models and Dancers may work events produced by CustomEvents.net and other approved Xyalent clients and partners.
We're building a dependable roster of talent that can be booked repeatedly—not simply filling a single event.
Event Model
Event Models help create a polished, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere while representing the event and its brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with guests.
- Help create an energetic and social atmosphere.
- Represent the event and brand professionally.
- Assist with VIP and reserved guest experiences.
- Participate in approved event photography and video.
- Pose for promotional and social-media content.
- Participate in themed entrances, fashion presentations, and promotional appearances.
- Assist the Event Host with Best Dressed contests, giveaways, games, and special activities.
- Distribute promotional items and giveaways.
- Assist with passing prepared food, desserts, bottled water, or non-alcoholic beverages when assigned.
- Provide guests with basic event information.
- Work alongside dancers, hosts, DJs, photographers, videographers, creators, and event staff.
- Follow the event schedule and instructions from the Event Coordinator or Model Team Lead.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance throughout the assignment.
Event Dancer / Entertainer
Event Dancers provide live entertainment and help bring energy to the event experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform during designated entertainment periods.
- Perform freestyle or choreographed routines appropriate to the event.
- Help energize the dance floor and entertainment areas.
- Encourage appropriate guest participation.
- Coordinate with the DJ and Event Host for music cues, entrances, and performances.
- Participate in themed performances and special presentations.
- Participate in approved photography, videos, and promotional content.
- Work alongside other dancers and models.
- Participate in rehearsals or pre-event walkthroughs when required.
- Be prepared and in position for scheduled performances.
- Follow event-specific wardrobe and performance requirements.
- Maintain professional interactions with guests and other team members throughout the assignment.
General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Have reliable transportation to assigned event locations.
- Be comfortable working around crowds and interacting with guests.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable participating in approved event photography and video.
- Be willing to follow event-specific wardrobe and appearance requirements.
- Be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow Event Coordinator and Team Lead instructions.
- Be available for evening and weekend assignments.
- Maintain respectful and professional conduct with guests, coworkers, clients, and management.
Additional Dancer Requirements
Event Dancer applicants should:
- Be comfortable performing in front of an audience.
- Demonstrate rhythm, confidence, personality, and stage presence.
- Be physically capable of performing during scheduled dance periods.
- Be able to follow choreography or performance direction when required.
- Be comfortable working alongside DJs, Hosts, Models, and other entertainers.
Previous dance experience is preferred but may not be required for every assignment.
Experience
Previous professional modeling or event experience is not required for every Event Model position.

Schedule
Position Type: Hourly / Event-Based / Part-Time
Assignments may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Hours and locations vary by assignment.
Successful talent may be offered recurring assignments based on reliability, performance, professionalism, availability, and client/event needs.
