Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Master Aesthetician with a strong clinical background in laser treatments and a passion for helping patients achieve beautiful, natural results.
Candidates must have hands-on experience performing laser treatments, preferably using Sciton and Cutera platforms.
Our ideal candidate is confident performing advanced treatments, excels at patient consultations, enjoys educating patients, and is motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

- Chemical Peels (SkinMedica® & VI Peel®)
- Dermaplaning
- REGENmax Sexual Wellness Treatments
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Safely and effectively perform laser and non-laser aesthetic treatments.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and home care.
- Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Work collaboratively with our physician and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Master Aesthetician License.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Education alone will not be accepted as experience.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable.
- Passionate about continued learning and clinical excellence.

Our compensation package is designed to reward performance and growth. Experienced providers have the opportunity to earn $45+/hour through a combination of competitive hourly pay and our monthly bonus structure.
