Full Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Custodial Services Project Manager to supervise and lead custodial teams. In this pivotal role, you will assist in coordinating all phases of custodial services for the day-to-day operations and management in various Government office buildings in the Tallahassee Area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and providing training as needed to all janitorial staff and supervisors.
Handle new-hire screening and interviews, including preparing and submitting all required new-hire forms and documents.
Assist in managing all site work schedules and assignments, ensuring required services are completed in a timely manner and within guidelines.
Foster a positive working relationship and ensure overall satisfaction with the building management team.
Responsibilities also include responding to service requests, investigating reported issues, overseeing / monitoring corrective actions, and reporting resolutions to property management teams.
Complete monthly inspections with building management personnel; maintain records and submit all required reports to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
Ensure all site equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Prepare and submit consumable and non-consumable supply orders, and track and maintain supply inventories.
Complete payroll spreadsheets within established schedules, and maintain records.

Experience Preferred:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is beneficial
Applicants with Military experience, Property Management/Property Maintenance experience, team leadership experience, and strong customer service backgrounds are beneficial.
Janitorial experience is beneficial.
Employment Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the US and be able to pass a Level 2 background check
Able to work independently and perform a wide range of managerial responsibilities
Flexible to work varying shift hours.
Must be computer literate and proficient in either Microsoft Excel or IOS Numbers. Will be required to become proficient in using online service work order systems
Must have own transportation and be available to travel between Tallahassee buildings

Salary Range:

Will be based on Experience, Portfolio Size, and Overall Responsibilities.
