Full Job Description

The Impact You'll Make

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how products are made—helping drive quality, efficiency, and innovation across our machining operations. This is an opportunity to bring your CNC programming expertise directly to the production floor and see the real-world impact of your work every day.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted technical partner to engineers, operators, and leadership, ensuring machines run at peak performance while continuously improving processes. Your ideas and insights will help reduce waste, increase productivity, and support the launch of new products.

If you enjoy solving complex machining challenges, mentoring others, and turning ideas into optimized processes, this role puts you at the center of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead CNC programming and process optimization using tools like Mastercam, ensuring efficient, high-quality machining for mills and lathes

Apply structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D) to reduce defects, eliminate scrap, and improve throughput

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in CNC programming and machining, including hands-on setup and troubleshooting

Technical education (engineering, machining, or vocational training) or equivalent hands-on experience
