Full Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help build and grow a personalized wellness program in Tallahassee, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to move beyond high-volume medicine and develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. The practice takes an evidence-based, highly personalized approach to wellness, with an emphasis on education, prevention, and helping patients optimize their health and quality of life.

This is a new and growing service line, so we are looking for someone who is excited not only to provide exceptional clinical care, but also to help develop and grow the wellness program. There is significant opportunity for professional and financial growth as the program expands.

Areas of Focus

Hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy
Metabolic health and weight management
GLP-1 medications
Peptide therapies
Longevity and preventative medicine
Functional and lifestyle medicine
Nutritional counseling
Personalized wellness and health optimization programs
Long-term patient education, follow-up, and relationship building

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
DEA license or ability to obtain
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to develop strong, long-term patient relationships
Comfortable working in a growing practice and helping develop a new wellness service line

Experience in wellness, hormone optimization, primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or aesthetics is preferred, but direct wellness experience is not required.

Experience with GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, peptide therapies, nutritional counseling, or preventative medicine is a plus.

The Opportunity

This is not designed to be a high-volume wellness clinic. The goal is to create a destination for patients who value education, relationships, personalized care, and thoughtful medicine.

The right provider will have an opportunity to play an important role in building the wellness program from the ground up. We are looking for someone who wants ownership over their work, enjoys developing patient relationships, and is excited about growing alongside the practice.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

1. Are you currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida, or are you eligible and willing to obtain Florida licensure?

Direct experience is preferred but not required.
