Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager / Procurement Specialist to lead our administrative operations and streamline procurement processes. The Office Manager / Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while managing the procurement of goods and services to support organizational objectives. This role ensures that all purchasing activities comply with organizational policies, applicable regulations, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, obtaining vendor quotations, coordinating with suppliers, processing invoices, tracking orders, maintaining procurement records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role also assists with contract documentation, budget monitoring, and resolving purchasing discrepancies.

The Office Manager coordinates daily administrative operations by managing office supplies and equipment, maintaining organized filing systems, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements when needed, supporting departmental staff, and serving as a liaison between vendors, faculty, staff, and other departments. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient office operations and cost-effective procurement.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
