Full Job Description

Join Our Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and help drive long-term growth and profitability. This executive leadership role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner closely with the ownership and senior management.

Position Summary

The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls and strategic planning. The CFO will provide insight and recommendations to support key business decisions and ensure the company’s financial strength.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Develop budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans
Manage cash flow, banking relationships and debt financing
Oversee tax planning and compliance
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the ownership
Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments and growth opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA and/or MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Construction industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting and job costing
Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
