Responsibilities

Provides postal & central receiving services for the College of Law mail rooms to include documenting and distributing deliveries received through FedEx, UPS, and other carriers; determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages; collecting, processing, and delivering mail.
Prepares shipping labels and coordinates outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Delivers mail, packages, and other materials to designated mail rooms, offices, and mailboxes, including hand deliveries when required.
Provides accurate reporting and reconciliation for all postal meter usage. Responsible for keeping office supply stock available in the mail rooms.
Assists facilities manager as needed with tasks, such as inventory, setting up events, classroom inspections, and other similar projects.
Conducts daily inspections of classrooms, common areas and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, adequate supplies, proper lighting, accurate wall clocks, and appropriate climate control conditions.
Replenishes classroom supplies and reports maintenance, safety, custodial, or facility concerns to the Facilities Associate or Facilities Manager.
Monitors and maintains inventory levels of office supplies, copy paper, coffee supplies, and other operational materials; distributes supplies to faculty and staff as needed.
Notifies supervisor of inventory shortages and assists with ordering and restocking supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Maintains faculty and staff break room coffee supplies and ensures areas remain stocked and organized.
Assists Facilities and Events staff with event setup and breakdown, furniture moves, room preparations, and other operational support activities. May provide set-ups for special functions both on and off campus.
Removes unauthorized signs, notices, and postings from walls, windows, doors, and railings in accordance with College policies.
Maintains storage rooms, supply closets, mail rooms, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Provides copy center services for faculty, staff, administrators, and instructors, including high-volume copying, printing, binding (spiral and strip binding), and related document production services.
Maintains proficiency in the operation and basic troubleshooting of copy, print, and binding equipment to ensure efficient production and service delivery.
Provides print and copy support during peak periods, including examinations and other high-demand academic or administrative activities.
Responsible for duplicating printed material for professors/instructors/admin as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, copying and binding (spiral and strip).
Must be available during exam periods for print support.
Assists with the annual inventory of accountable property and equipment.
Operates a College of Law vehicle to perform mail runs, deliveries, pickups, and other errands across campus as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
