Full Job Description

Now Hiring! Case Manager

ACTS is growing! We are seeking a compassionate, driven individual to join us in making a lasting impact through meaningful work on the Enhanced Offender Diversion Team!

What's In It for You:

Schedule: Monday-Friday Daytime Hours.

Salary: $21.50/hr. + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Location: On-Site at our Juvenile Assessment Center.

Benefits: Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability, Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance. Voluntary Life Insurance and other supplemental policy offerings on the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

What You'll be Doing:

Determines appropriate client services through collaboration with Eligibility Screeners and review of the Needs Assessment.
Connects clients to appropriate provider within the network based on individual client needs.
Coordinates all required reports and services with HCSO, court partners, Hillsborough County as needed.
Processes and tracks all new-law-violations until disposition by the court.
Completes all required forms and reports within the required time frame.
Completes documentation within required time frame.
Connects clients to appropriate activities based on individual client needs.
Provide Case Management services in the community.
Transport Clients in ACTS Vehicle, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

What is Required:

Bachelor's degree plus one year of behavioral health experience
Valid Florida Driver License.
Ability to pass Federal, State, Local Law and Level 2 background clearances.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift and carry
