Position Summary

Westfall Roofing is seeking a results-driven Business to Business Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with builders, property managers, real estate professionals, investors, developers, insurance-related partners, and other business-to-business referral sources.

This position will be responsible for building and leading the company’s B2B sales team while developing the strategies, processes, and partnerships needed to grow the division. The Director will actively generate new business, manage key accounts, establish performance expectations, and provide ongoing coaching, direction, and accountability to B2B sales representatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship builder and experienced sales leader who is comfortable developing new business, managing major accounts, creating scalable sales processes, and leading a team toward revenue and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Sales

Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy that supports company growth goals.
Prospect and secure new business accounts, referral partners, and strategic relationships.
Build relationships with builders, property managers, real estate professionals, developers, investors, homeowner associations, and other industry partners.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Attend networking events, industry meetings, trade associations, and community events on behalf of Westfall Roofing.
Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective business partners and decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, estimates, and account-specific service solutions.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing accounts.
Negotiate account terms and coordinate agreements in partnership with company leadership.
Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, and account-development goals.

Account Management

Serve as the primary relationship manager for key B2B accounts.
Establish clear expectations regarding communication, scheduling, documentation, billing, and project completion.
Coordinate with production, estimating, accounting, permitting, and customer service teams to ensure a positive client experience.
Monitor active projects and address account concerns promptly.
Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for additional business.
Maintain accurate customer, activity, pipeline, and opportunity information within the company’s CRM.
Assist with collecting required documentation and final payments when necessary.
Encourage satisfied customers and business partners to provide referrals, testimonials, and online reviews.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership.
Experience in leading, managing, or developing a sales team.
Experience developing new markets or building a sales channel is strongly preferred.
Roofing, construction, home services, building materials, property management, real estate, or related industry experience is a plus.
Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with business owners and organizational decision-makers.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, projects, and team priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking sales activities and performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to travel throughout assigned markets and attend occasional events outside normal business hours.

Work Location: Primarily on the road, with office and field responsibilities

Territory: Florida markets served by Westfall Roofing

Compensation

The compensation structure for this position is currently being finalized and may include:

Competitive base salary
Commission or performance-based compensation
Bonus opportunities based on individual and departmental performance

Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and the approved compensation structure.
