Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team at Weblinx Tech, LLC. As a Records Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support for data retrieval and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Record Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Data Entry: Enter and update records in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Information Retrieval: Respond to requests for information, retrieving documents and providing copies as needed.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to records management, including retention schedules and disposal protocols.
Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in records management or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and records management software.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: $48,500 - $76,750 per year, depending on experience.
