Full Job Description

Our company's mission is to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate about tax accounting and entity formation needs.

*This position hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in our Largo, FL office.

Role Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for looking across the revenue model in the organization in designing, optimizing, and scaling the end-to-end optimization of the funnel–from client marketing and acquisition, through billing and collections, into onboarding and renewal retention. Expanding beyond traditional operational reporting, this role acts as the strategic partner to leadership—owning the revenue data governance, reporting, metric performance management and revenue and profit forecasting. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with strategic execution to drive predictable, efficient, and scalable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Strategy, Forecasting & Analytics

Revenue Forecasting: With Finance, Sales, Marketing, Training and Partnerships, own and manage the revenue forecasting by lead types across new business acquisition, building and utilizing lead velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health models.
Advanced Revenue Trend Analysis: Utilize AI, Databricks, and advanced analytics to monitor marketing conversion through sales, renewal and collections performance, taking those outputs to managers in real-time for accountability, action and improvement.
GTM Metric Standards: Define, standardize, and maintain core revenue metrics across each and all departments to ensure a single, cohesive source of truth.
Operationalize accountability: Working with training and sales, fulfillment and finance management, devise a best-practice operational model for reporting, monitoring, managing and training for performance improvement

2. Funnel & Process Optimization (Lead-to-Cash)

Lead-to-Opportunity Lifecycle: Elevate lead scoring quality, lead attribution, and SLA enforcement in cooperation with Sales.
Process Alignment: Audit and streamline cross-functional workflows between Sales, Collections, Billing and fulfillment.
Real-time Rep & Team Performance Optimization: Go beyond identifying high/low-performing employees by using best-practices for operationalization of training programs, lead distribution changes, pipeline management…all in real-time.

3. Incentive Compensation & Incentive Modeling

Compensation Plan Design & Ownership: Expand commission structure analysis across departments by leading the modeling, design, rollout, and administration of incentive compensation plans aligned with company strategy and profitability targets.
Performance Impact Modeling: Analyze the financial and operational impact of quota changes, SPIFs, and commission structures using AI tools and predictive modeling.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Education

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Call Center operations, ideally within industries serving small business clients.
People & Project Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional GTM projects across Marketing, Sales, and CS teams.

Technical Skills

CRM Mastery: Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge
BI & Data Analytics: Expert proficiency in business intelligence applications, and Microsoft Excel (SQL knowledge is a strong plus).
GTM Tech Stack: Familiarity with marketing automation, sales engagement tools, and incentive compensation management software.

Core Competencies

Strategic & Results Orientation: Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic, high-impact business recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to build alignment and bridge operational gaps between executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Process Design & Problem Solving: Methodical approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and engineering scalable solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $115k-$125k
