Lead Business Data Analyst – Power BI

Tampa, FL Hybrid

6-12 Months

$60/HR on W2

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE LOCAL AND ABLE TO WORK ON OUR W2

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, marketing analytics or related analytical roles preferred.
Experience in a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, using standard databases and analytical software.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Analytically focused and have proven experience developing action plans based on their own analysis.
Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization best practices.
Ideally experience in data science projects.
Proficiency in SQL, python is a plus.
Expertise in creating complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
Preferred working knowledge of tools and solutions such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Big Query and Databricks, Datadog.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodology & solid foundation in statistics.
Preferred basic experience in SAP.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in planning and performing data analysis projects and processes from start to finish.
Time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong organizational skills, customer focus, work creatively and analytically to solve day-in and day-out problems.
Requires proven ability to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with commercial and operations teams.
Prior knowledge and experience in manufacturing, steel or steel using industries preferred.
