Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrator for our Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located in the Tampa, Riverview, Bradenton FL region. (Outpatient Surgery Center)

Here you would oversee "ALL" daily operations, ensure compliance, direct a dedicated team, support the physicians, and provide & ensure exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, Free Standing Surgery Center management experience, and a thorough understanding of surgical center workflows. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment committed to delivering quality surgical services.

Duties

Manage the overall operations of the surgery center, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
Develop, implement, and monitor tasks an procedures using KPI's, to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
Ensure AAAHC compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and procurement processes for the center
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to facilitate smooth surgical procedures
Maintain accurate documentation related to patient records, incident reports, and operational metrics

Qualifications

Proven experience in "Free Standing Surgery Center" management or administration within surgical centers or long-term care facilities
Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory or management experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care settings
BSN is NOT required, MBA or Business Degree is preferred
Surgery Center Director of Nursing experience would be a positive
Understanding of billing and all aspects of ASC Revenue Cycle Management
Finance / Budget oriented
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse patient populations
Ability to navigate regulatory requirements related to healthcare facilities and long-term care operations

As for compensation, we offer a base salary, depending on experience, from $95K to $125K + Performance Bonus allowing you to earn top pay.
