Full Job Description

Have automotive experience? If you have some experience in service writing, estimating, computer skills and have what it takes to manage a team in our body shop, we want to talk to you. We will PAY to train you, bonus potential, and payroll is weekly.

Requirements:

- Able to learn how to estimate auto body repairs.

-Must have a working knowledge of computers and must be highly organized.

- Skills needed to run the a business model: admin and communication skills.

- Manage and supervise day to day operations in fast moving, busy well established body shop.

- Trainable to quote and repair body damage- Develop relationships with vendors, dealerships and other related business partners.

-Order and manage parts.

Qualifications :

- Must be at least 18 years old

- High school diploma.

- Maintain Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Listening Skills, Verbal Communication, Customer focused work.

Experience in: Automotive Industry, Automotive Collision, Automotive Service and Sales, Auto Body Repair, Estimating and Insurance Adjusting, A PLUS, but not necessary.

TOP WEEKLY COMPENSATION: Benefits, . Valid driver's license and ability to commute to job location. Available to work an average of 40-45 hours per week. Hours of operation: M-F 8a-5P
