Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour + Performance-Based Commission & Bonus
Job Description
We are seeking a polished, experienced, and results-driven Luxury Liposuction Sales Consultant to join an internationally recognized luxury liposuction practice. This opportunity is designed for accomplished sales professionals with extensive experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, liposuction, or aesthetic medicine who understand how to build trust, educate prospective clients, and confidently guide high-value treatment decisions from initial inquiry through booking.
This role blends luxury client service with consultative sales and requires exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients who inquire about our procedures through our website and other client communication platforms. Your responsibility is to educate prospective clients, answer questions, build meaningful relationships, overcome objections, and guide qualified individuals through the consultation process while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position that requires outstanding organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage a high volume of client communication while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
This position represents an internationally recognized luxury liposuction practice. Due to the nature of the role, physician privacy, and our proprietary consultation process, additional details about the practice, physicians, and consultation methodology will be shared during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients via phone, text, and email
- Guide prospective clients through the virtual consultation process, including obtaining required photos and information for physician review
- Conduct consultative phone conversations to educate clients, answer questions, address concerns, and confidently guide them toward treatment
- Build trust and establish lasting relationships with prospective clients throughout their decision-making process
- Utilize strong consultative sales techniques, objection handling, and closing skills to help qualified clients confidently move forward with treatment
- Maintain strategic, consistent follow-up to maximize consultation conversions and booked procedures
- Accurately document all communication and activity within the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless luxury client experience from initial inquiry through scheduling

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience within a plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, liposuction, or aesthetic medicine practice (Required)
- Proven track record of consistently converting consultations into booked procedures while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience confidently presenting high-value treatment recommendations, discussing financing options, and guiding clients toward informed decisions
- Exceptional consultative selling, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence speaking by phone
- Experience managing client communication through phone, text, email, and CRM platforms
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with measurable goals and accountability
- Proficient with computers and digital communication platforms (Mac experience preferred)
Compensation
- $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
