We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this vital role, you will implement behavior analytic interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will directly impact the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities by providing evidence-based behavioral therapy, assisting with daily living skills, and supporting positive behavior change. Duties

Free supervision for those seeking to become analysts

**This position is PRN to start and to then quickly transition into a full-time RBT.**

The Richard B. Funke Center for Great Expectations, a branch of The Arc of Tampa Bay, is an ABA clinic serving children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, with the primary goal of improving their quality of life every day through evidence-based therapy in a clinic based setting. RBT's will work 1:1 delivering behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA to improve communication, daily living skills, learner readiness, play and social skills.

Skills/ Requirements:

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 48 college credit hours is preferred.
Reliable transportation and insurance.
Strong computer and technology skills.
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen as well as a Level 2 Federal and local background check.
