Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble hot dogs and related menu items efficiently and accurately
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions with friendly professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of the cart, including food prep areas, utensils, and surrounding environment
- Restock supplies such as buns, condiments, napkins, and beverages to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with outdoor setup, breakdown, and transportation of the cart at various locations
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or outdoor work environments preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy supplies (heavy lifting), and outdoor activity handling
- Must have current Food Handler's Certificate.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
