Full Job Description

Help Build What Matters

The Center for Christian Study exists to cultivate thoughtful Christian community among students, faculty, and the broader university. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive team member who enjoys bringing ideas to life through clear communication, thoughtful planning, and excellent follow-through.

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating order, supporting a collaborative team, and helping meaningful programs happen with excellence.

Responsibilities could include:

Coordinate events, meetings, and ministry logistics from planning through execution.
Develop and manage program and event plans, timelines, and implementation schedules.
Create and distribute email newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.
Maintain communication systems, databases, and digital resources.
Support volunteers, guest speakers, and program participants with hospitality and follow-up.
Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and basic administrative tasks.
Help improve workflows and build systems that strengthen the ministry.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
A collaborative, servant-hearted approach to teamwork.
Initiative, adaptability, and good judgment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs (or similar tools is a plus).
A commitment to the mission and values of the Center for Christian Study.

Position Details:

Hours are flexible and may be structured as either a full-time or part-time position, depending on the qualifications and availability of the selected candidate.
Flexible work environment with occasional evening or weekend events

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
