Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Enrollment Admissions Sales Professional to join our educational team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help inspire confidence, foster relationships, and drive student enrollment growth. You will utilize your excellent communication skills, knowledge of education administration, and familiarity with student information systems to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth application experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ educational journeys while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

Engage with prospective students through public speaking engagements, campus tours, and informational sessions to promote enrollment opportunities.
Manage the student information system and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate data management records.
Assist applicants with the admissions process by providing detailed guidance on application requirements, deadlines, and necessary documentation.
Collaborate with academic departments and administrative teams to ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
Conduct outreach activities such as recruiting events, school fairs, and community presentations to attract diverse student populations.
Handle confidential student information with integrity, ensuring all data is securely stored and managed in accordance with privacy standards.
Support team management efforts by coordinating schedules, training new staff members, and contributing to a positive team environment focused on achieving enrollment goals.

Experience

Proven experience in admissions or enrollment management within an academic institution or similar educational setting.
Strong public speaking skills demonstrated through presentations or outreach activities aimed at diverse audiences.
Proficiency in with Microsoft Office Suite including spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
Background in education administration or school policy knowledge is highly desirable.
Experience working with CRM systems for customer engagement and recruitment purposes.
Familiarity with recruiting strategies, educational compliance standards, and handling confidential information responsibly.
Prior involvement in student recruitment efforts, working directly with students from diverse backgrounds to support their educational aspirations.
