Front Desk Receptionist

iGlow Spa & Aesthetics | Tampa, Florida

Job Overview

iGlow Spa & Aesthetics is seeking a friendly, professional, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating the luxury, welcoming experience that represents the iGlow brand. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with clients, comfortable in a fast-paced aesthetics environment, and passionate about exceptional customer service.

This position requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, polished, and able to balance client care, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and supporting the daily flow of the spa.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and check in clients while creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments.
Educate clients on iGlow services, current promotions, packages, and membership opportunities.
Assist with client check-in and check-out, payments, and future appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate client information and appointment records.
Support providers by helping maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule.
Follow up with leads and client inquiries and assist with converting inquiries into booked appointments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
Assist with administrative duties, filing, data entry, spreadsheets, and office organization.
Monitor and help maintain office and front desk supplies.
Communicate professionally with providers, management, and other team members.
Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow all iGlow policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service and professionally address client questions or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, medical spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished, friendly, and welcoming personality.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients by phone, text, and email.
Experience with appointment scheduling or booking software is preferred.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, and general computer systems.
Ability to learn iGlow's services, treatments, packages, and promotions.
Sales and customer-service experience is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.
