Important: This opportunity is intended for established cleaning companies/independent commercial cleaning contractors with their own cleaning personnel. This is not an individual cleaner position.
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Commercial Cleaning Company or Subcontractors to join our team in. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver top-tier cleaning and services across various commercial facilities. As a key partner in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of janitorial and custodial tasks with precision and professionalism. Duties /Scope Overview
- Two locations located directly across the street from each other
- Approximately 50,000 total square feet
- Service required 7 days per week
- Monday–Friday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Anticipated start: Early September 2026
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Handle chemical agents safely by following all chemical handling safety procedures and maintaining proper storage protocols.
- Utilize floor buffers, polishers, and other floor care equipment to maintain pristine flooring surfaces.
- Conduct sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded across all areas.
- Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting.
- Follow safety protocols during manual handling and heavy lifting activities to prevent injuries.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners.
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards.
- Experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence and workplace safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial janitorial/cleaning experience
Interested companies should provide information about their company, years in business, current staffing capacity, commercial cleaning experience, and ability to begin service in early September.
- Ability to properly staff a 50,000 sq. ft. account
- Reliable overnight crew
- Experienced on-site supervisor or team lead
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation coverage, where required
- Ability to provide proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to service the account 7 days per week
- Strong quality-control and attendance procedures
