Full Job Description

Overview:

Our expanding automotive group spans across FL, TX, OK, MO, MT, IL, IA, CO, and AZ with over 60 + locations, representing 40+ automotive, powersports, and motorcycle brands. Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth.

We are currently seeking an Administrative/Clerical Associate to join our Ed Morse team.

Responsibilities:

Daily processing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory
Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting
Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals
Processing inventory transfers
Process Used Car Wholesales and Purchases
Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices
Inventory schedule review
Maintain supply inventory and process orders as needed
Complete and maintain Excel schedules
Process the daily mail
Assisting with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR
Organizing Files
Other duties required by management

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere
Good problem-solving skills
Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Automotive Accounting experience in a Dealership setting is a plus.
Experience with CDK, Excel & Automotive Manufacturer websites is preferred.
