Full Job Description

Performs phlebotomy duties on inpatients and outpatients, including veni-puncture, capillary puncture and specimen processing. Manages specimen accessioning accurately and efficiently to provide quality specimens for laboratory testing. Responsible for performing clerical tasks so as to accommodate timely and accurate laboratory testing and support department operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Graduate of a phlebotomy program or prior Phlebotomy experience preferred.

CPR required.

Good Customer Service skills required.

Communication and organizational skills required.

Computer proficiency and technical aptitude required. Knowledge of Meditech preferred.

Location: Holy Cross Medical Center · Laboratory
Schedule: Per Diem, Varies
