Full Job Description

Position Summary
The Administrative Secretary acts as a personal secretary to a chairman of a department or to an Administrator with responsibility over multiple cost centers. Handles communications and acts as receptionist. Types and processes various materials. Performs office/administrative duties.
May coordinate/direct duties and activities of various lower level clerical positions. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School or higher is required.

One year of related experience is required.

One additional year of secretarial science course may be substituted for the required experience.
Pay Range
$18.38 - $26.79
Other Information
Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday¿Friday; no weekends. Work Arrangement: This is an onsite position and requires the candidate to work onsite.
