Front Desk Coordinator – Patient Experience & Clinic Operations
We are a fast-paced, patient-focused chiropractic clinic looking for a strong front office professional who takes ownership, follows through, and can confidently lead the front desk flow. This is not a typical receptionist role. You will be a key part of the clinical team and the patient experience from the first phone call to check-out.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
You run the front desk like it's your post. You keep the schedule organized, patients moving, and communication flowing. You solve problems without waiting to be told and help create an exceptional patient experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and professionalism.
- Answering phones and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients with urgency and care.
- Collecting payments and confidently discussing basic financial information.
- Insurance verification support and accurate documentation as trained.
- Maintaining front desk organization, patient paperwork, and clinic flow.
- Communicating effectively with providers and teammates.
- Following established systems while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or similar healthcare front office.
- Strong phone and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance with a patient-first attitude.
- Able to receive feedback, learn quickly, and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Experience
- Chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, or other outpatient healthcare experience.
- Experience with insurance verification, authorizations, or eligibility.
- Experience collecting payments and discussing treatment recommendations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the clinic during the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience and applicable skills. Candidates with 5+ years of directly applicable healthcare front office experience may be considered for a higher starting rate.
As training is successfully completed, skills are implemented, and additional responsibilities are mastered, there are opportunities for pay increases based on performance and continued growth within the role.

Schedule Once Training Is Complete (Subject to Change)
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (will become a required shift once Saturday hours begin)
Training Schedule (Subject to Change)
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
