Help keep our fast paced and energetic office functioning at high levels. The providers assistant in a private practice must have 8 arms like an Octopus, capable of multi-tasking while able to assist Providers and patients in our Integrative, Multi Disciplinary Clinic with ease balancing and juggling many balls in the Primary area of Chiropractic, PT, Massage Therapy, Functional Medicine, KneeSpa, NeuropathySpa, SpinalSpa, Medical Weight Loss and more. We are an integrative, holistic, non-drug, non-narcotic, non-surgical and natural regenerative medicine clinic for rapid, reliable PAIN relief.

Responsibilities require and Include but Not Limited to:

Punctuality, On Time every Time
Clinically Greeting patients, help them complete daily treatment status updates, Patient care is our top priority!
Assist in feedback from Patients on status, performance and contribute to Morning Case Management Team meetings, Team Huddles
Follow daily protocol and stay in constant contact with Practice Manager.
Ability to handle medical records discreetly and professionally
HIPPA Compliance Standards
VerifyingCPT - Charge coding by providers is accurate and delivered to Billing
Team Case Management regarding New Patient Health Intake and Consent forms
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well in all situations
Maintain and enhance patient relationships to maximize outcomes.
Inform physicians of new developments in patients health

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and relevant information
- Perform basic patient assessments, such as taking vital signs and documenting patient complaints
- Help providers and prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the Chiropractor during patient treatments, following their instructions and providing support as needed
- Educate patients on exercises or stretches to perform at home for continued care
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Organize and execute efficient daily office flow

- EHR Data input - including patient contact information and patient history

- Verify CPT Code charges performed by Providers

- Assiting in the flow of Patient care and treament plan recommended

- Instructing and assisting patients with physical therapies

- Performing patient exams and assessments

- Assisting Doctor during treatments when necessary

- Participation in Daily and weekly individual role training, team and office training for EHR, Position, career and self-development
