General Manager

Buffalo Bros Pizza, Wings & Subs, Fort Worth TX

We're hiring an enthusiastic & experienced restaurant manager to drive customer experience through hiring, training, and FOH & BOH staff guidance at one of our Fort Worth restaurants. We're seeking a self-starter with minimal of two years’ management experience in high-volume full-service restaurant. We provide above-average pay, competitive benefits, food, and more.

Your Job Duties

As a Buffalo Bros GM, you are the person in charge of the Restaurant daily operations. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Hiring salaried managers for FOH & BOH roles. Developing, training and holding salaried team accountable to managing the FOH & BOH employees to execute their roles at the highest levels.
Guiding the salaried team as they: Hire front-of-the-house (FOH) & kitchen (BOH) prospects, schedule hourly employees, onboard new hourly associates and train new employees on company procedures, steps of service or recipes.
Manage and hold salaried team accountable to accurate daily cash procedures, performing opening/closing checklist activities, maintaining target labor and food cost percentages, calculating tip tracking, ordering supplies, preparing deposits, and writing shift notes. You are responsible for inventory accuracy and completion.
Working with BOH to ensure guest satisfaction with food and communication with FOH. Ensuring that they have prep set, ready and fresh daily.
Maintaining a safe and secure facility by following and carrying out sanitation standards and procedures, aligning with health and legal regulations, maintain a positive employee relations environment and maintaining the security systems.
Ensuring guests' satisfaction by touching tables, correcting employee/POS/kitchen mistakes, conducting food and beverage quality checks, and maintaining a managerial presence on the floor.
Celebrating your team members' successes and constructively coaching (FOH and BOH managers & employees) when performance improvement is needed. Establishing relationships with guests and building regulars & hold your team accountable to do the same.

Qualifications

You have at least 2 years of experience in a FOH & or BOH supervisory/management role, specifically in a full-service restaurant, dine-in atmosphere.

You are knowledgeable in computers, email, spreadsheets.

You have no issues working 50 plus hours per week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. We're open to discussing what works best for everyone during an interview.

Food Safety Manager & TABC certified.
