What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you are a key player in our agency’s growth and retention strategy. This is more than service. It is relationship management with impact.

You will:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Conduct proactive policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments
Resolve complex client concerns with confidence and care
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell through meaningful conversations
Support agency growth by engaging both warm and cold leads

You are the bridge between customer needs and agency solutions.
