HR Administrative Coordinator - looking to hire ASAP

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour
Schedule: Fully Onsite

Are you looking to grow your HR or recruiting career with a fast-paced e-commerce organization?

We are seeking multiple HR Administrative Coordinators to join our team immediately in Santa Fe Springs. This is a temporary assignment expected to run through January, with the potential to convert to a permanent role for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Process new hire paperwork and support onboarding activities.
Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Update, maintain, and track information using Excel and Google Sheets.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting team.

Qualifications

At least 6 months experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or entry-level recruiting.
Strong MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or blue-collar workforces preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a MUST
Ability to work onsite and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working overtime as needed.
Available to start immediately.
