Retirement Planning firm in the Bloomfield Hills, MI area is seeking a full-time, Client Service/Administrative Associate. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, customer service oriented and skilled with technology. This position is based in our Bloomfield Hills location. Excellent work environment provided with competitive pay and opportunities for professional and personal growth for the go-getter.

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to Chief Advisor by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include development of positive client relationship and compliance support.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Receive incoming client calls in a friendly manner

· Assist in processing new client applications as needed

· Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing and transferring of accounts)

· Manage Advisors calendar

· Set appointments, reschedule appointments

· Order office supplies and process expenses

· Keep CRM updated with client interaction

· Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Job Responsibilities (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate in person and over the phone.
Must be detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
Working knowledge of MS Office programs
Ability to prioritize, coordinate multiple activities and follow up on projects with minimum supervision.
Ability to handle sensitive confidential information.

Education and Experience Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of related experience administrative experience preferred
