Full Job Description

Part Time - Approx 10-15 hrs per Week - Flexible Work Hours *On Site Required* Requirements/Responsibilities will include: Full Payroll, Reconciliations Across Multiple Companies, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, 1099 NEC Tracking and Reconciling, Quarterly Sales Reporting for Real Estate Agents. Required Qualifications: QuickBooks-Desktop: Expert Level, Microsoft Excel, Experience in Class and Subclass Usage, Experience in Customizing Transaction Reports, Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting, Critical Thinking Skills, Self-motivation to stay current with changing laws and regulations. Small Real estate office/Development Company with several quickbooks companies. Duties include recording deposits, writing checks to pay bills, preparing weekly payroll, preparing quarterly payroll taxes including Federal, State, Local and Unemployment. Preparing annual 1099 and W-2 returns. Tracking agents' commissions received and paid. Billing agents for monthly office charges. Analysis of various accounts to insure they are recorded properly. Preparing Quickbooks data to send to accountant for yearly tax return preparation. Answering accountant's questions. times/days are flexibile - very laid back comfortable atmosphere surrounded by fun, friendly people! Conveniently Located Just 1 Mile off I-275 in Taylor Mill, KY.
