We are seeking one qualified candidate available to work on the following days and times:

· 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and a strong understanding of AWS and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of critical components for cutting-edge technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES

· Perform TIG welding operations on semiconductor components according to specifications and quality standards.

· Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate welding processes.

· Inspect welded parts for defects and ensure compliance with AWS standards.

· Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.

· Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and processes.

· Familiarity with AWS (American Weld Society).

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Perform in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing business.

· Ability to follow precise directions and work independently while sticking to deadlines.

· Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

· Must be able to pass acceptance criteria required for D9.1 weld code.
