Myrtha Pools is the global leader in stainless steel pool design and construction, delivering innovative and sustainable aquatic solutions across more than 70 countries. Our North America Aftersales team plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through world-class service, maintenance, and project support.

Our Myrtha Pools North America Team is undergoing strategic expansion with its Services Department. The Service Team manages our existing pool references in the USA and the Caribbean. We have seen significant growth in the last years and are looking to expand our team to better meet the needs of our growing client base. We are seeking a dynamic and motived person to contribute to the continuing growth of our evolving team.

Position Overview

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and performance of our field operations. You'll oversee technician scheduling, workforce planning, contractor relationships, warranty operations, travel logistics, and operational performance while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, commercially minded, and confident making day-to-day operational decisions independently.

Location & Work Arrangement:

This hybrid position includes a mix of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be located in Greenville, SC; Charlotte, NC; or surrounding areas. Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% is required.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Manager:

Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple technicians and projects
Plan technician schedules and maximize workforce utilization
Monitor workloads and forecast upcoming capacity
Coordinate warranty work and minimize warranty costs
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to generate additional service opportunities
Monitor current and projected workload to identify technician hiring needs and proactively scale the field team.
Manage subcontractors, including cost control and performance
Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for field teams
Monitor labor, travel, equipment, and warranty expenses
Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
Escalate strategic issues while independently managing daily operations
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

What Success Looks Like

You'll always know the answers to questions like:

How busy are we next month?
Can we take on another project?
Which technician has availability?
Why have warranty costs increased?
What additional work has been generated through contractor relationships?

Pool Industry (preferred but not required)

Strong field operations experience is more important than pool industry experience.
