Full Job Description

Salary: $50-55K

What your future day will look like:

Process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, support payroll activities, and maintain accurate records using accounting and payment systems.
Manage office procedures, vendor relationships, facility needs, calendars, records, and internal communications.
Provide executive and committee support through meeting coordination, agenda preparation, document distribution, minutes, and recordkeeping.
Coordinate meetings and special events by managing venues, catering, technology, materials, registration, and onsite logistics.
Maintain documentation for audits, tax filings, compliance requirements, and organizational reporting deadlines.
Support payments, reimbursements, lodging arrangements, and administrative needs related to performances and other special programs.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or office administration
Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
